Basant Maheshwari is a Cost Accountant and a Graduate from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata. As a full time equity investor Basant has a history of identifying several multibaggers over the past decade prominent ones being Pantaloon Retail, TV18, Page Industries and Hawkins Cooker. He follows a fundamental approach to investing in stocks and remains invested in them with a long term view.  Along with investing he also owns the online investment portal http://www.theequitydesk.com which is visited by over 40,000 unique users each month. These users log in to share investing ideas and knowledge specific to the opportunities in the Indian stock market. Mr. Basant occasionally appears on CNBC TV18 and has been covered by various magazines and journals for his opinion and analysis. The Outlook Business January 04, 2013 edition carries his article on Repco Home Finance Ltd. The March 2013 issue of Reader's Digest covered him as part of their lead story titled "Secrets of Self Made Millionaires" He is also a visiting faculty to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) for their MBA program as also to the various courses conducted by the National Stock Exchange.
 
 Mr. Ajay Jaiswal is the President and Head, Research & Investment Strategies at Microsec Capital Ltd. He carries with him a two decade of rich experience in research and portfolio management in various asset classes, particularly in Equities. Prior to Microsec he was associated with Angel Broking as Investment Strategist, with Lohia Securities as Head Research and CD Equisearch as research analyst. His ability to predict fundamental direction of economies, industry, companies, currencies and commodities ahead of the times has consistently led to outperformance against benchmarks. He is a graduate in commerce from Kolkata University.
 
Anirban Dutta is a First Class Economics graduate from Presidency College, Calcutta and a gold medallist MBA from IISWBM, University of Calcutta. He joined Jet Age Securities (a Corporate Member of the NSE and BSE) as an Analyst in 1995 and has had a great learning experience in the same firm since then. He has been the Head of Research since 2001 and also a Director in the firm since then. Anirban has developed quite a few key relationships across various companies in the Indian midcap space. This has helped him gain keen insights into the businesses and prospects of various companies as also a first hand feel of management quality. He strongly believes in fundamental analysis and likes to act contrarian.
